• Audit current GTM stack (Attio CRM, outbound tools, internal workflows) and flag gaps or broken connections • Connect and configure tools so data flows correctly between CRM, outbound, and reporting layers • Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline health, experiment results, and rep activity — without needing to pull it manually • Set up automations to reduce manual ops work (lead routing, status updates, Slack alerts, etc.) • Write clear documentation so the team can maintain what you build • Flag any data quality issues and help define naming conventions, lifecycle stages, field standards
• Prior experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops — ideally at a B2B / Enterprise startup • Comfortable with Attio (or comparable CRMs like HubSpot / Salesforce) at an admin level • Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Metabase, or similar) • Hands-on with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) • Has done this for multiple companies before — not learning on the job • Writes clean, maintainable documentation without being asked • Able to work independently with minimal context, ask smart clarifying questions up front
• Hourly, depending on experience and tool depth • Option to expand scope or go retainer after 90 days. • Full-time if there's mutual fit
