📋 Description

• Answer all incoming calls with a warm and professional demeanor and provide outstanding customer service • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately and efficiently • Address patient inquiries, verify insurance eligibility, and manage referrals • Maintain patient files and accurate data entry • Keep systems up-to-date • Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and provide necessary information • Maintain positive relationships with physicians, office, and clinical staff

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-first attitude and passion for patient satisfaction • Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • High School Diploma or equivalent • Experience with EHR and practice management systems is a bonus • Experience with complex multi-phone software is a bonus • Spanish speaking skills are a bonus • 1 year of call center experience is a bonus
