📋 Description

• Oversee and assist Plant Warehouse Managers with KPI data, identify trends, and support process improvement • Manage the Warehouse KPI Data Tracker and Scorecard • Administer Warehouse Gap Analysis audits across all warehouses • Work with Plant Warehouse Managers to address audit gaps and follow up on corrective actions • Schedule, communicate, plan, and document warehouse audits and quarterly audit scores • Develop missing required Warehouse documents and share them across the warehouse network • Assist with setup of 3PL warehouses, including training warehouse associates • Support SAP implementations and warehouse activities • Train 3PL warehouse providers in SAP warehouse operations • Work with Warehouse Managers on 3PL integration, inventory relocation, shuttle operations, and truck loading processes • Coordinate pallet handling requirements with the Senior Manager of Operations • Oversee implementation, training, and functionality of the web-based dock scheduling tool • Monitor the dock schedule mailbox and coordinate carrier setup, dock schedules, and carrier utilization • Plan and execute logistics with trucking firms to ensure timely shipment pickup and delivery while minimizing freight costs • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and SOPs • Manage Dunnage and Void filler budgets and usage • Lead, direct, train, and evaluate employees, including involvement in hiring, performance management, termination, and development

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Food/Beverage Manufacturing preferred • Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and Power Point • Proven Leadership experience in a Production environment • Proven understanding and experience with financial processes including budgeting • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop a team environment promoting internal growth • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Initiative and ability to work independently • Strong customer service orientation • Strong written and verbal skills • Flexibility, vision and creativity • High level of accountability, quality and innovation • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in an organized, detailed manner within limited time frames • Undergraduate degree in a related field • APICS designation an asset • 7+ years relevant work experience in warehouse logistics management • Approximately 20% travel to work onsite at plants in the region in the U.S. and Canada • Ability to travel internationally; passport required • Schedule flexibility to accommodate project deliverables • Must adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, PPE requirements, and food quality and safety standards
