📋 Description

• Oversee and assist Plant Warehouse Managers with KPI data, trends, and process improvement • Manage the Warehouse KPI Data Tracker and Scorecard • Administer Warehouse Gap Analysis audits across all warehouses • Work with Plant Warehouse Managers to address audit gaps and follow up on completion • Assist with setup of 3PL warehouses, including training warehouse associates • Support SAP implementations and warehouse activities • Coordinate pallet-handling requirements with the Senior Manager of Operations • Oversee implementation, training, and functionality of the web-based dock schedule • Schedule, communicate, plan, and complete warehouse audits • Document audit gaps, follow-up dates, completion dates, and quarterly audit scores • Develop and share required warehouse documents • Review KPI data and trends, reverse negative trends, and acknowledge positive results • Complete, chart, graph, and submit the weekly KPI Scorecard to the Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations • Monitor the web-based dock schedule mailbox for carriers • Coordinate carrier setup, dock schedules, and carrier utilization with the Warehouse Operations Analyst • Plan logistics with trucking firms for timely shipment pickup and delivery while minimizing freight costs • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and SOPs • Train 3PL warehouse providers in SAP warehouse operations • Integrate 3PL providers, including inventory relocation, shuttle operations, and truck loading processes • Manage Dunnage and Void filler budgets and usage • Lead and direct employees, including hiring, performance management, termination, training, and evaluations • Adhere to health, safety, GMP, PPE, food quality, and food safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred • Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint • Proven leadership experience in a production environment • Proven understanding and experience with financial processes, including budgeting • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop a team environment promoting internal growth • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Initiative and ability to work independently • Strong customer service orientation • Strong written and verbal skills • Flexibility, vision, and creativity • High level of accountability, quality, and innovation • Ability to prioritize and multitask in an organized, detailed manner within limited time frames • Undergraduate degree in a related field • APICS designation an asset • 7+ years of relevant work experience in warehouse logistics management • Passport required for international travel • Ability to travel internationally • Flexibility to accommodate project deliverables • Ability to continuously stand or walk and regularly lift/handle/carry moderately heavy material or equipment
