📋 Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key vendor relationships • Serve as the primary point of contact at the program level • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with vendor partners • Drive portfolio performance, including volume growth, retention, and program profitability • Oversee vendor program health and alignment with vendor leadership • Partner with Vendor Sales Account Managers and Sales Coordinators to execute transactions and deliver a consistent client experience • Optimize program structure, workflow, and service delivery across assigned vendors • Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to increase adoption and utilization • Align vendor expectations with internal capabilities and proactively resolve issues • Provide forecasting, reporting, and insights on vendor activity and growth opportunities • Collaborate with credit, operations, and sales leadership teams to enhance program effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related sales experience; or high school diploma/GED and four (4) years of such experience • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools • Ability to drive outcomes without direct sales ownership • Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts • Ability to work in a team environment when applicable • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics • Demonstrated ability to present information effectively to different audiences • Financial acumen and understanding of equipment finance/vendor programs • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities • Strong organizational skills • Strong relationship management and influencing skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
