📋 Description

• Assist the Regional Controller with revenue data entry and accounting month reporting • Execute day-to-day accounting procedures and maintain financial records • Reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash • Process bank reconciliations • Collect accounting data from various parking systems for monthly reports • Prepare financial statements, agree balances, and post journals for monthly close • Collaborate with intercompany leaders and internal financial reporting leadership • Correspond with external auditors and prepare documentation • Prepare reporting information, visuals, and mechanisms for internal and external reporting • Provide strategic counsel and advice to senior leadership on reporting practices • Enter Daily Parking Reports on a timely basis, including up to 30% of report volume • Process general journal entries for lot revenues and expenses • Complete journal entries • Handle miscellaneous Accounts Receivable • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (3-4 yr) in Accounting or Finance, strongly preferred • 2-3 years of accounting experience • Experience in external/internal reporting and consolidation is a must • AS400 Accounting Software experience preferred • CPA preferred • Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently, in a team, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail and a high speed of data entry • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel • Ability to collaborate with a team
