📋 Description

• Deliver psychiatric evaluations, addiction care, and medication management through a telehealth platform • Provide compassionate, high-quality, accessible, and effective care • Collaborate with prescribing clinicians, nurses, and care coordinators • Participate in biweekly collaborative case conferences for high-risk members • Provide member education on preventive practices and lifestyle habits • Stay informed about evidence-based psychiatric practices • Share clinical learnings with the ReKlame Health community • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records documenting symptoms, treatment plans, medications, and progress

🎯 Requirements

• New York Nurse Practitioner license without restrictions, active or pending • Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certification/registration, active or pending • Active ANCC Board Certification in Psychiatry • Experience treating individuals with substance use disorders, such as OUD or AUD • Experience providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) • Ability to learn and use new technologies in clinical practice • Ability to provide patient-centered psychiatric care • Commitment to a minimum of 15 hours per week • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus • Psychiatric nurse practitioner experience requested in the application form
