📋 Description

• Execute administrative tasks related to account management and policy servicing. • Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and maintain accurate account records. • Ensure timely and accurate handling of client requests, policy updates, and back-end service work. • Order renewal policies, verify them against proposals, and process them in the Agency Management System. • Handle endorsements, follow up with carriers, check accuracy, bill endorsements, and send them to clients. • Follow up on new business submissions with carriers. • Enter and rate policies on carrier websites and order new policies as needed. • Issue standard certificates of insurance and other forms for holders. • Monitor payment status of direct bill policies and notify the Account Manager of cancellation risks. • Track claims and update the agency management system with activity, payments, and closures. • Verify audit accuracy, review with agency staff, bill audits, and send audit review letters to clients. • Order motor vehicle reports and loss runs as directed. • Review and process mail; provide backup for office calls and walk-in traffic as needed. • Adopt innovative technology, including proprietary AI solutions, into the service process. • Perform other assigned projects, duties, and tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• A Property and Casualty License from state of domicile may be required within 90 days of hire and must be maintained thereafter. • Associate in insurance (AINS) and/or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Designation preferred. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; may be required, depending on location. • 1+ year experience in Customer Service preferred. • Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services insurance ratings and underwriting procedures preferred. • Working knowledge of commercial lines of coverage preferred. • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite. • Must be computer literate with the ability to learn new software. • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills are required to maintain effective relationships with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors and others. • Must be able to understand written and oral communications and interpret information written within policies. • Ability to work independently with limited daily supervision and to work effectively in a team environment. • Ability to function effectively under tight time constraints, consistently meet strict deadlines, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
