📋 Description

• Lead discovery conversations with customers and prospects to understand business-risk challenges, regulatory considerations, economic pressures, desired outcomes, and solution requirements • Provide product and subject-matter expertise throughout the sales process • Answer questions and demonstrate product functionality and capabilities • Deliver customer-facing presentations and product demonstrations • Partner with sales representatives and leadership to shape deal strategies and identify competitive, expansion, and whitespace opportunities • Participate in territory and account-planning sessions • Collaborate with sales teams to recommend products, platforms, services, workflows, and process flows • Contribute solution-design information to proposals, RFP responses, projects, scoping documents, and technical documentation • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers • Understand customer objectives, operational needs, and business-risk evaluation processes • Translate technical functionality into business-risk narratives for technical and non-technical audiences • Monitor market conditions, regulations, competitive activity, industry trends, product updates, and customer needs • Identify and communicate best practices to Sales, Product Management, Market Planning, Professional Services, and internal stakeholders • Provide customer and market feedback to Product and Market Planning teams • Support customer rollout and integration activities • Identify opportunities to position and expand LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and platforms • Support working relationships among Sales, Professional Services, Product, Market Planning, and senior management • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent related experience • Three or more years of technical sales, project management, implementation, or related customer-facing experience preferred • Three or more years of business risk management or closely related experience preferred • Consultative communication skills, including active listening, exploring options, understanding customer needs, and influencing solution decisions • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Relationship-building and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Ability to quickly understand and articulate LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and capabilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams • Experience with Visio, SmartDraw, Lucidchart, or similar workflow-diagramming software preferred • CRM technology experience preferred • Familiarity with APIs, server technologies, XML, JSON, and CSV may be needed for certain products • Ability to travel as required
