📋 Description

• Lead the Core SRE team and serve as the point of contact for Core SRE and product-specific DevOps/SRE teams • Address blockers and help establish cloud architecture best practices • Develop new technology landscapes and SaaS solutions • Deliver highly elastic cloud-native solutions and patterns • Empower stakeholders and reduce toil through self-service pipelines • Mentor the team on deep technical issues, advanced cloud infrastructure, and complex coding problems • Work with project managers and stakeholders to provide status and reporting • Act as an ambassador to other teams and define clear agreements • Drive projects to schedule • Perform rigorous code reviews • Apply continuous process improvement techniques • Automate operations and ensure infrastructure is defined as code and rebuildable from the ground up without manual configurations or cloud portals • Focus on security across diverse solutions • Build cloud environments and migrate on-premises applications to the cloud

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership/design of application and/or infrastructure migration projects from on-prem to cloud • Proven expert in partnering and leading technology resources in solving complex business needs • Cloud architecture design and implementation to solve key business needs and meet team goals • Experience with Terraform and GitHub Actions • Experience with Azure, GitHub, Azure Kubernetes, Argo / Helm, Docker, JFrog, Grafana, Networking, Information Security, and Redis • Ability to lead SRE teams across the USA and India regions
