📋 Description

• Researching and identifying prospective client companies • Building and maintaining a pipeline of target accounts • Conducting high volumes of outbound cold calls daily • Engaging senior decision-makers including CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Operations Directors • Qualifying opportunities and booking appointments • Following up with prospects through multiple touchpoints • Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity logs • Consistently achieving activity, pipeline, and appointment-setting targets

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting • Strong lead generation and prospecting skills • Experience sourcing and building prospect lists independently • Excellent communication and telephone skills • Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection • Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven • Experience using CRM systems • Reliable internet connection and a professional home-working environment
