πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Manages the clinical aspects of our dialysis business within a defined region through effective leadership and management of all aspects of customer service, quality patient care, and clinical management. β€’ Maintains strong relationships, regular communication, and visibility with all teammates, clients (site Managed Healthcare, DOC/BOP, etc.), and physicians. β€’ Practices cost containment strategies for all major cost inputs including staffing ratios affecting payroll, hiring (including agency as a last resort), and inventory/supplies, all while ensuring compliance with applicable company and state regulatory requirements. β€’ Assumes 'ownership mentality' of each facility in their region. β€’ Maintains full oversight for operational efficiency, clinical excellence, customer service/relationship-development, financial prudence, and regional leadership. β€’ Provides leadership, guidance, and coaching for all direct reports and clinical staff to maintain an engaged and productive workforce. β€’ Ensures all employees in the region receive the required training and education according to company policy and compliance with continued education. β€’ Oversight of staff retention and training for entire team (NMs, RNs, CCHTs, etc.). β€’ Acts as conduit of information from senior leadership team to on-site staff. β€’ Completes thorough audits in line with company audit schedules and develops corrective action plans to address any deficiencies. β€’ Generates in-servicing and skill checks for all staff members in region.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Graduated from an Accredited Nursing School or 2 years of experience working in a correctional institution or industry that serves correctional institutions or 5+ years of dialysis management experience. β€’ Management of clinical employees in a leadership role for at least 3 years β€’ Ability to be cleared by the Department of Corrections (DOC) and Bureau of Prisons (BOP): CLEAN background and credit required β€’ Current CPR Certification (or within 3 months of hire) β€’ Ability to travel as needed for management of sites within the US. Travel may be heavy at times. β€’ Strong technical/computer proficiency with laptops, tablets, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc. β€’ Ability to quickly learn a variety of technical systems and equipment.
