• Execute the Legal Operations roadmap across North America, aligning global priorities with regional needs • Act as a subject-matter expert on legal operations processes, service delivery models, and legal technology • Design and implement systems, processes, and workflows including intake, triage, and matter management • Lead the rollout and adoption of legal technology tools such as CLM, e-billing, workflow, and reporting solutions • Track performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements • Support continuous improvement of service delivery models and operational frameworks • Collaborate across a matrixed environment to influence stakeholders and drive execution • Bridge global Legal Operations strategy with regional delivery and feedback
• Experience in Legal Operations, business operations, consulting, or a related field with a focus on implementation and delivery • Strong program execution and project management capabilities • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into outcomes • Experience driving adoption, change, and operational improvement through collaboration and expertise • Experience in a technology, information services, software, data, analytics, AI, or SaaS environment • Familiarity with commercial legal workflows and related operational areas such as privacy, compliance, or risk management • Hands-on experience with legal operations platforms including CLM, e-billing, matter management, workflow automation, reporting, and AI tools
