📋 Description

• Be a core player in designing, monitoring, and executing technology implementations and revenue growth-focused performance improvement initiatives. • Identify weaknesses in current processes and improve those processes and develop new ones. • Project management - ensure programs are tracking with the goals and objectives of client programs. • Monitor user adoption rates and respond to improve adoption. • Provide support for developing necessary sales and marketing tools for client deliverables. • Work directly with clients with the responsibility to ensure they are delighted.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least four years of experience in high-impact sales, marketing, and/or revops roles. • Experience managing projects that require coordination across internal and external teams under tight deadlines. • Prior experience in a client services environment is a plus. • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements is important. • Broad knowledge and direct experience with core applications like HubSpot or Salesforce, • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Familiarity with platforms like WordPress or Hubspot is ideal. • Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator would be a plus.
