📋 Description

• Own and deepen relationships with our core distributors (Avant, Telarus, Intelisys) and key institutional practices. • Build advisor mindshare through consistent enablement, co-selling, and a strong presence at events. • Partner directly with advisors on active opportunities, providing the business and technical context they need to position Replicant effectively with customers. • Drive sourced pipeline from first conversation through closed business, partnering closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. • Develop and execute strategies to increase advisor engagement, referrals, and pipeline generation. • Help shape the channel program as we scale, contributing to the playbooks, positioning, and processes that make partners successful.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in channel sales, partner sales, or business development. • Hands-on experience working with distributors, advisors, agents, or channel partners. • A proven track record of sourcing pipeline and driving revenue through partner ecosystems. • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Existing relationships within the distributor and advisor ecosystem are strongly preferred. • Willingness to travel for distributor events, advisor meetings, customer engagements, and industry conferences.
