📋 Description

• Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web, including onboarding, new features, and interactive UI • Own design work end-to-end, from idea through prototype to final design • Work closely with the product manager and engineers to bring ideas to life • Use data and feedback to improve products quickly • Help shape and evolve the design system • Shape the experiences of millions of users across onboarding and daily interactions • Design trustworthy experiences for deeply personal conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments • Portfolio showing impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft, with a track record of creating sleek, beautiful, and intuitive apps • Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to ship real products • Strong user focus and attention to detail • Curious and collaborative mindset • Excellent communication skills in English • Experience with sleek, polished consumer apps • Bonus: experience with AI, conversational UI, or emotionally engaging products • Bonus: experience with UX research, including planning, conducting, and integrating insights into design decisions • Bonus: prompt engineering experience • Bonus: experience building or scaling a design system from scratch
