📋 Description

• Refine and ensure successful implementation of Replimune’s scientific communication platform and medical communication plan • Develop and review content for abstracts, publications, congress presentations, monographs, and related materials • Track scientific communications plans and ensure publication-related policy and procedure compliance • Monitor the latest science and data in the field • Create, collect, and disseminate actionable, business-relevant scientific insights to organizational stakeholders and key customer segments • Develop in-depth therapeutic knowledge of disease, epidemiology, products, and competitor products • Create and review internal and external medical/scientific communications for accuracy and strategic alignment • Collaborate with clinical and other internal teams • Provide information and input for product and competitor insights, medical product plans, deliverables, new business assessments, and other business activities • Serve as an authoritative source of medical/scientific expertise • Oversee collection and storage of relevant scientific information, including literature repositories and Replimune data • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• A relevant scientific or healthcare degree is required (e.g., PhD or PharmD) • More than 5 years in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably within a matrix structure • More than 3 years of experience within Medical Affairs roles, preferably in a communication/publication role • Experience managing vendors and projects is preferred • Good knowledge of medical communications approaches and best practices is required • Familiarity with regulatory and legal guidelines regarding medical communications strategy and execution • Ability to read, interpret, and convey complex scientific information • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively towards a common goal • Experience working in a team environment • Demonstrated results orientation and problem-solving skills • Domestic and international travel may be required (20%)
