📋 Description

• Manage and reconcile cash activity across multiple bank accounts • Research and resolve funding issues involving customers, investors, and third parties • Execute and monitor the investor buyback process • Perform treasury functions, including bank account maintenance and administration • Prepare and support investor purchase reconciliations and reporting activities • Respond to inquiries from customers and internal business partners • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including UDAAP, BSA/AML, Information Security, and Employee Handbook requirements • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk management controls • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree • At least 4 years of experience in financial services • At least 1 year of system knowledge working with Shaw Retail • Basic knowledge of PC applications including Microsoft Office • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines • Customer-focused approach • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy • Ability to collaborate and work independently when needed • Must reside in one of the company’s approved locations by the start date
