📋 Description

• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility improvements • Complete special projects across the Daniels property portfolio • Inspect facilities and identify maintenance or repair needs • Coordinate subcontractors and assist with project planning and scheduling • Support preventative maintenance programs and respond to facility maintenance issues • Assist with roofing and other capital improvement projects as needed • Ensure work complies with OSHA regulations, building codes, and Daniels safety standards • Travel extensively throughout the United States • Support construction, maintenance, renovation, and capital improvement projects across the national property portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction or facility maintenance experience • Skilled trade experience in carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, or general construction • Knowledge of commercial building systems and construction practices • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively • OSHA certification preferred
