📋 Description

• Track emerging sustainability developments, including EPR, PFAS, EUDR, carbon reporting, EHS, recyclability standards, and packaging regulations • Serve as members' go-to touchpoint for sustainability-related questions • Drive participation in committees and working groups • Coordinate and support TLMI's committees through scheduling, agendas, meeting preparation, follow-up, and documentation • Help committee chairs stay focused between meetings and aligned with TLMI's broader goals • Identify overlap and opportunities across committees to prevent duplicated effort • Develop knowledge resources such as toolkits, best-practice guides, regulatory updates, case studies, and trend reports • Build relationships with converter and supplier members • Conduct member interviews to identify unmet needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of professional experience in print, label and packaging, project management, sustainability programs, or industry/association member services • Highly organized, with a track record of managing multiple projects or committees at once • Strong communicator and facilitator, comfortable engaging executives and subject-matter experts alike • Relationship-oriented, eager, enthusiastic, and a “go getter” • Curious learner willing to grow into sustainability and regulatory topics over time
