📋 Description

• Proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing customers • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to retain business • Develop and maintain knowledge of the Company’s available services • Perform contractual re-signs on existing customers • Respond to all cancellation requests • Proactively communicate with customers in support of company pricing initiatives • Utilize Salesforce to schedule and document all activities • Capture customer emails, minimizing rate restrictions and customer credits • Increase customer penetration by selling Republic Services products • Regularly meet with Sales Manager to review customer retention activities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required) • 0 - 2 years of customer service experience (Required) • Waste or transportation industry experience (Preferred)
