📋 Description

• Collect past due balances on assigned accounts while building lasting relationships with customers and internal parties. • Minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Over 90-day delinquencies for the Company. • Perform collection activities on invoices and recycle hauls for assigned accounts, including contacting customers and providers about outstanding balances. • Reconcile and research accounts internally and externally before collection activities. • Facilitate resolution of disputed balances by researching available information and communicating findings to invested parties. • Document actions taken on customer accounts to maintain collection event history. • Provide customer service to internal and external customers regarding collection status and information requests. • Prepare weekly follow-up reports on credit and collection activity. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience collecting for high dollar accounts. • Minimum of 2 years of collections or relevant experience. • Must be available to work with Eastern Time Zone hours. • This position is not sponsorship eligible.
