📋 Description

• Drive product development for solutions that help businesses manage packaging sustainability and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate closely with internal technical experts, including engineers, subject matter experts, and our commercial teams. • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring successful feature delivery through clear requirements and problem-solving in collaboration with engineering and design. • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify pain points and opportunities. • Prioritize features and maintain a detailed roadmap in alignment with customer needs and business objectives. • Partner with technical experts, compliance specialists, and internal stakeholders to design innovative solutions. • Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with product goals and objectives. • Stay informed on global packaging regulations and sustainability trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments with an emphasis on data. • Experience working on products related to supply chain, material suppliers, or sustainability (bonus if you have experience with packaging or consumer goods!). • Proven experience building and launching features from scratch in ambiguous or emerging market spaces. • Strong understanding of user discovery methods, including customer interviews, prototyping, and experimentation. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. • Exceptional collaboration skills with technical teams and internal experts. • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
