📋 Description

• Design and edit static and video ad creative across bedding and mattress brands for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube • Transform UGC and creator footage into polished, on-brand ad variants • Execute edit requests and fast iterations from the growth team • Keep assets organized, well-named, and QA'd in Monday.com, Frame.io, and Aprimo • Templatize evergreen creative for recurring requests • Partner with creatives, copywriters, and Directors to bring concepts and scripts to life across multiple brands • Uphold each brand's typography, tone, and visual style • Deliver high-volume creative output, keeping pace with dozens of new ads and edits every week • Meet success measures for turnaround time, weekly assets shipped, creative performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, ad spend), and QA accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• To be considered for this remote opportunity, you must reside and be authorized to work within the United States. • 1–2 years of design and video editing experience (agency, freelance, or in-house) • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma • Familiarity with CapCut, ElevenLabs, and other fast-turn social content tools • A production mindset: energized by high volume and quick turnarounds, favoring iteration over perfection • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple asset requests • A portfolio that shows your range (required) • Nice to have: instinct for performance and DTC creative conversion, including hooks, pacing, and UGC style • Nice to have: experience editing UGC and creator content for paid social • Nice to have: familiarity with baby, parenting, home, or other DTC e-commerce brands • Nice to have: basic motion graphics skills
