âą Serve as the Chief Medical Informatics Officer (CMIO). âą Lead the identification and mapping of clinical value streams. âą Ensure optimization of clinical activities and information flow for High Reliability Organization (HRO). âą Coordinate process standardization for EHR modernization. âą Oversee Oracle Health auto-surveillance quality and safety detectors. âą Lead the coordination of CDS standards with international bodies (OMG, HL7, FHIR).
đŻ Requirements
âą Education: MD or DO with active licensure. âą Certification: Board Certification in Clinical Informatics. âą Experience: 8+ years of clinical informatics leadership in a large-scale healthcare system. âą Advanced Technical Proficiencies: Deep expertise in Oracle Health Millennium (Cerner) and CPRS/VistA. âą Standards: Mastery of HL7, FHIR, and clinical terminology impact on CDS. âą Governance: Experience leading clinical councils and facilitating cross-functional decision-making.
