• Oversee task-order delivery, schedules, resource allocation, and team coordination for enterprise PLM and Digital Thread modernization initiatives • Lead multidisciplinary technical teams supporting engineering systems, CAD/PLM data management, and ALM workflows • Manage delivery schedules, risk registers, resource allocations, milestones, and deliverables in Agile/Hybrid environments • Serve as the operational link between government task managers, engineering stakeholders, and technical implementation leads • Facilitate integration, configuration management, and cutover workflows across product lifecycle tools • Coordinate communication between Sandia National Laboratories personnel and contractor teams • Track progress and submit status reports via Jira and other collaboration platforms • Develop and maintain work breakdown structures, risk/issue logs, resource management plans, and quality assurance protocols • Facilitate status reviews, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives • Ensure compliance with NTESS and DOE/NNSA security, safety, and operational protocols • Identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities • Manage vendor relationships, subcontractors, and third-party integrations • Provide escalation support and rapid decision-making during critical phases, cutovers, and production deployments • Support work performed at Sandia National Laboratories and occasionally travel for project kickoffs, stakeholder meetings, or system deployments
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 5–10 years of technical project management experience for Senior level, or 10–15 years for Principal level • Direct experience managing project teams within the DOE, NNSA, National Laboratories, or strictly regulated defense/aerospace environments • Experience managing projects involving enterprise PLM, 3D CAD data management, or ALM software environments • Familiarity with PTC Windchill, PDMLink, CodeBeamer, Creo, or equivalents such as Teamcenter, Enovia, Azure DevOps, or Jira • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects from initiation through closure • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid project management methodologies • Experience managing geographically distributed teams and coordinating multiple contractor organizations • Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities • Must be eligible for site access and may be required to obtain and maintain a DOE Q or L security clearance, or demonstrate eligibility for clearance processing • U.S. citizenship or other specific citizenship status may be required based on task-order scope and clearance level • Must comply with NTESS security requirements, including DBIDS registration, PIV credentialing, security training, and minimum hazard safety requirements • Active PMP or CSM certification preferred • Experience with Digital Thread, MBSE, Digital Engineering Transformation, DOE/NNSA security protocols, OPSEC, CUI, personnel security clearances, NIST, CMMI, ISO, federal contracting, FAR/DEAR compliance, and government task-order execution preferred
