📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of projects across Waste and On-Shelf Availability programmes. • Maintain clear project plans, timelines, and milestones. • Spot risks early and proactively resolve blockers. • Lead weekly status reviews and ensure actions are tracked and completed. • Own meeting cadence, setting agendas, facilitating sessions, and driving outcomes. • Work closely with Kroger stakeholders to keep priorities aligned. • Act as Retail Insight’s dedicated on-site representative (up to 5 days per week). • Build strong relationships with Kroger teams and decision-makers. • Manage client-side dependencies to keep delivery on track. • Visit stores regularly to validate programme execution. • Assess adoption, compliance, and results at store level. • Turn observations into clear insights and actionable improvements. • Create clear, executive-ready updates for both Kroger and internal stakeholders. • Support quarterly business reviews and programme reporting. • Maintain visibility of performance, risks, and key milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, client-facing operations, or retail programme delivery. • A positive track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. • Project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.). • Highly organised with excellent planning and tracking skills; including familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp. • Confident communicator comfortable working with executives and store teams. • Self-starter who can operate independently in an embedded client environment. • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
