📋 Description

• Support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast results, and support strategic decisions • Partner with operational leaders to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes • Analyze KPIs related to recurring revenue, labor costs, productivity, utilization, and profitability • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, management presentations, and board reporting materials • Identify improvements to financial reporting, forecasting processes, data quality, analytical tools, and automation • Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc financial analysis for leadership decisions • Communicate financial insights and actionable recommendations to finance and non-finance stakeholders • Report to the Director of Finance and serve as a key member of the accounting function

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 4–7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related analytical role • Experience in a SaaS business, including familiarity with recurring revenue models, ARR, revenue growth drivers, and SaaS performance metrics • Experience working in a private equity-backed company, with an understanding of PE reporting expectations, financial accountability, and operating cadence • Experience preparing monthly financial reporting packages, management presentations, and board reporting materials • Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting • Demonstrated initiative, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with senior management and others within the Company • Remote eligibility limited to candidates residing in AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, HI, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, or WY
