📋 Description

• Build and own the financial model, budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning • Connect financial performance to business drivers and clarify future direction • Partner with the CEO and functional leaders on growth opportunities, investment decisions, pricing, unit economics, and operational performance • Establish consistent financial reporting, KPIs, and performance analysis • Combine financial and operational data to provide visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities • Own accounting oversight, financial close, cash management, tax coordination, and compliance • Manage external bookkeeping, accounting, and tax partners • Design and implement finance processes, tools, reporting, and controls • Decide what to build internally, what to outsource, and how the finance function should evolve • Reduce founder dependency and support company scaling

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a closely related operating finance role • Significant ownership of financial modeling and forecasting • Experience partnering with business leaders and using financial analysis to influence strategic or operational decisions • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills • Ability to connect financial outcomes to commercial and operational drivers • Experience in a high-growth technology company • Builder's mindset and appetite for broad ownership • Accounting and financial operations knowledge sufficient to own reporting, manage external providers, and ensure financial obligations are met • Hands-on experience working directly with data, building models, and managing processes • Strong communication skills and ability to make financial analysis useful to people outside finance • Comfort with ambiguity and interest in learning new areas of finance • Must be physically based in GMT or EST timezones • Visa sponsorship is not available
