📋 Description

• Support annual budget and monthly forecast cycles for assigned clients • Own monthly variance analysis, explain result drivers, and recommend actions • Bridge current forecasts to locked forecasts by client and SMTM line • Perform and review monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Oversee the team budget tracker for accuracy and completeness • Follow up on weekly reporting and investigate variances before period close • Actualize client forecasts for period closes, contracts, change orders, scope changes, and resourcing shifts • Support monthly client and intercompany billing schedules tied to MSAs, SOWs, and change orders • Respond to ad hoc finance and operations data requests and analysis • Develop specialized financial data and budget preparation • Develop, document, and implement finance policies and procedures • Build and improve complex Excel-based financial models and reporting tools • Partner with operational personnel and senior leadership, presenting findings to non-finance audiences • Improve reporting and planning through D365, Adaptive, and Power BI • Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting, variance commentary, data analysis, and reconciliations • Identify and embed AI into budgeting, forecasting, and close processes • Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and apply judgment regarding data privacy • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required • Three to five years of experience in a finance role, preferably in an agency environment • Understands clients’ business, targets and how Intouch can elevate their business • Advanced Excel skills • Working knowledge of client Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SOWs, and change orders • Understanding of data analysis and forecasting • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Experience with Dynamics 365, Adaptive Planning, or Power BI is a plus • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability • Well-organized with ability to prioritize • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Agency experience preferred • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
