📋 Description

• Serve as an intermediary between clients and the organization • Nurture and strengthen client relationships • Communicate with clients by phone and email daily • Relay client feedback to internal departments • Coordinate solutions and facilitate seamless client interactions • Discuss inventory, account flow and business procedures with clients • Respond within 24 hours to clients’ emails, phone calls, and other inquiries • Work with clients and internal departments to correct process errors and inefficiencies • Identify and apply solutions to client questions and concerns • Submit insurance information to external client systems • Perform assigned tasks and duties to standard • Close open items and complete reports within a 24-hour timeframe • Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations, company policies and industry standards • Maintain strict confidentiality and prevent Protected Health Information (PHI) breaches

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is required • Required knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel • Professional verbal and written communication skills, along with proper grammar and telephone etiquette • Creative problem-solving, combining mathematical skills, is crucial for resolving issues effectively • Team player who adapts positively to change and collaborates effectively with colleagues • Actively seeks training opportunities and welcomes constructive feedback from peers and supervisors • High degree of self-motivation, excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently • Reliable, responsible, and capable of maintaining confidentiality • Able to multitask and can communicate on the phone and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously • Willingness to learn multiple client systems, computer applications, databases and workflow processes • Understands Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) and sensitive consumer information (i.e., Protected Health Information (PHI)) while maintaining the confidentiality of this information • High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required • Employee will work with an online training team utilizing screen monitoring and/or video conferencing
