📋 Description

• Make high-volume outbound calls to investigate, bill, and maximize payments on medical claims for hospitals and medical providers • Investigate and research auto-accident details to determine the payer • Make outbound calls to patients, insurance company representatives, and attorneys • Submit bills and proper documentation to insurance companies • Ensure maximized payments to medical-provider clients • Determine follow-up steps and resubmit bills for additional payment when bills are not paid correctly • Contribute to denial reports, audits, and overall team support

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously • Ability to maintain strong performance in a fast-paced, high outbound call center environment with productivity metrics • Ability to remain organized while multitasking • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Clear verbal and written communication • Experience with Coordination of Benefits and general understanding of insurance billing (a plus, but not required) • Private, distraction-free home work environment • On-camera presence during work • Secure internet connection • Home internet speeds greater than 20 Mbps download and greater than 10 Mbps upload • Workspace must accommodate laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, docking station, and headset • Eligibility to work in the U.S. • Employment history verification and successful background check
