📋 Description

• Process cargo claims • Provide solutions throughout the claims process • Serve as the in-house claims expert for Trinity’s customers and carriers • Protect Trinity’s assets and best interests • Independently manage assigned claims while collaborating with a reliable team • Work 0800–1700 EST

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in-house claims processing experience • Two years claims and operational logistics experience highly preferred • Positive and friendly attitude; demonstrated ability to gain cooperation across departments and team members • Attention to detail • Strong communication skills for professional phone and email interactions • Proven planning and organizational abilities • Goal-oriented and willing to seek knowledge and improve skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint • Commitment to living the Trinity Guiding Values
