📋 Description

• Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to understand product requirements and develop test plans. • Create and execute automated and manual test cases for SaaS based web applications. • Identify and report bugs and work with development teams to resolve them. • Develop and maintain test automation scripts using modern JavaScript based end-to-end automation tools. • Contribute towards enhancing and maintaining the automation framework. • Design, develop and execute automated API tests. • Perform performance, load, and stress testing to ensure application scalability. • Ensure testing activities meet quality and consistency standards. • Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and deployment processes. • Stay current with testing tools, methodologies, programming languages, frameworks, trends, and best practices; recommend process improvements. • Own the test automation strategy and roadmap. • Mentor junior automation engineers and conduct code reviews. • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve testing velocity and reduce release cycles. • Define and maintain automation best practices and standards across the engineering team. • Partner with product and engineering leadership to identify testing gaps and compliance risks in healthcare workflows. • Implement intelligent test failure analysis to identify root causes and reduce manual triage. • Leverage AI-driven test case generation to identify edge cases and improve regulatory and compliance workflow coverage. • Deploy performance anomaly detection models to flag regressions before production. • Analyze untested code paths to ensure comprehensive testing for healthcare compliance and data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on testing and test automation of SaaS based web applications. • Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. • Experience with modern JavaScript based end to end automation tools such as Cypress, CodeceptJS, and Playwright. • Experience with API testing tools and frameworks like Postman, Katalon, or REST Assured. • Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration and deployment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Self-starter and self-motivated with the proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. • Works effectively with cross-functional teams to build a trusted partnership. • Healthcare experience is highly preferred. • Reveleer E-Verifies all new hires.
