📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruiting for SDRs, from outreach and screening through contract signing • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, active sourcing, and the development of proprietary channels • Build and maintain a meaningful recruiting dashboard and reporting system covering conversion rates, time-to-hire, and channel performance • Own an alert system and raise the alarm before the pipeline runs dry • Continuously optimize processes, interview setups, and tooling, including AI-powered screening steps • Develop job advertisements, recruiting channels, and the candidate experience • Work closely with the executive team and Sales Lead on workforce planning and compensation terms

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable recruiting success, ideally in sales, startup, or high-volume environments • Ownership mentality: you drive initiatives independently, require little hands-on supervision, and think entrepreneurially • Active sourcing skills • Strong intuition for people and candidate profiles • High self-motivation and a fast-paced approach in a remote setup • Fluent German with strong negotiation skills • Nice to have: experience with recruiting tools (e.g., Join) and AI-supported processes • Nice to have: experience building recruiting structures from the ground up • Nice to have: experience in employer branding or People & Culture
