📋 Description

• Recruit and attract licensed real estate agents and business development specialists • Generate new business through marketing initiatives and networking opportunities • Support the sales team with strategy and mentorship on relationship building and sales tactics • Manage branch P&L in Loan Vision according to corporate fiscal policy • Manage branch expenses according to corporate expense policy • Participate in monthly sales and operations calls • Provide excellent service and represent the Revolution brand professionally • Work with an assigned branch production partner handling day-to-day loan operations and pipeline management • Participate in at least two monthly pipeline meetings • Ensure meetings are recorded and stored on Revolution servers for compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Non-licensed employee; must not perform MLO activities with consumers • Must participate in required training, team meetings, monthly attestations, and at least two monthly pipeline meetings • Must utilize Revolution software and equipment for business purposes • Understanding and fluency in Loan Vision and Concur • Ability to manage branch P&L according to Revolution Branch Fiscal Policy • Understanding of Revolution marketing guidelines and RESPA compliance best practices • Microsoft 365 proficiency (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) • Software access level assigned as read-only in Encompass • Available for a maximum of 10 hours per week • Technology fee of $200 per pay period applies
