📋 Description

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for the Bioprocessing business, overseeing R&D, Product and Project Management. • Implement and execute the global strategy for the Bioprocessing business unit. • Oversee product development and overall business execution with cross functional teams. • Manage financial execution for the business unit against current and out-year financial goals. • Establish and maintain the global product and portfolio roadmap, informed by market research and competitive intelligence. • Define pricing strategy in partnership with Commercial Leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline • 8-10+ years of experience in bioprocessing and biomanufacturing, with expertise in mammalian expression systems (e.g. CHO, HEK) and cell & gene therapy. • 5+ years’ experience across product management, R&D, sales, marketing, or life‑science functions. • 3+ years of people management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
