📋 Description

• Build and maintain automated end-to-end and regression tests using Playwright and keep them running reliably in CI/CD • Run functional, regression, and integration testing across web and mobile apps • Partner with product and engineering to develop test plans for new features • Help define acceptance criteria before implementation • Help define release readiness criteria and quality gates • Triage, reproduce, and clearly document defects • Track quality signals including escaped defects, coverage, and flake rate • Surface quality signals to the team • Improve testing tooling and processes as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in software QA with hands-on automation experience using Playwright or equivalent • Comfortable writing test plans from product requirements and owning them through release • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Pragmatic and self-directed in a fast-moving startup environment • US-based with solid West Coast (PT) overlap for day-to-day work with product and engineering • Strong written communication for clear, reproducible bug reports and test documentation • Experience testing HIPAA-compliant systems or understanding of PHI data-handling requirements preferred • API testing experience or familiarity with EHR integrations (HL7/FHIR) preferred • Background in healthcare SaaS, RPM, or clinical data platforms preferred
