• Own paid media agency and strategy across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Bing • Manage channel budgets, pacing, and investment allocation • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics • Collaborate with agency partners to develop and execute acquisition strategies • Lead lifecycle marketing strategy through Klaviyo in partnership with agency • Optimize key customer journeys • Serve as the primary point of contact for our marketing agency partners • Develop campaign briefs that align business objectives, seasonal priorities, and brand initiatives • Own attribution reporting and performance analysis across marketing channels • Manage product feeds across advertising and marketplace channels
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or eCommerce marketing • Experience working with or managing external agencies and marketing partners • Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital attribution platforms • Experience with Klaviyo, including lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and deliverability best practices • A balance of analytical thinking and creative judgment • Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and business decisions • Experience managing both customer acquisition and retention programs • Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Experience with Pinterest, Bing, Shopify, or Feedonomics is a plus • Experience in DTC, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands preferred.
