• Collaborate with clients’ executives (CMO, CTO, CDO) and Genpact Experience /Adobe sales teams to understand business goals and pain points • Develop strategic roadmaps and vision decks that align Adobe technology with the client’s long-term business objectives • Serve as the lead solution architect in the sales cycle for Adobe-focused opportunities • Frequently engage with clients in an advisory capacity • Act as Genpact Experience ’s Adobe ecosystem champion
• 5+ years in a solution consulting, pre-sales, or digital strategy role (or equivalent delivery role with heavy client-facing solution design) • Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions – especially Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets), Adobe Workfront, and Adobe GenStudio • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with high emotional intelligence • Proven track record of shaping and winning large-scale digital experience projects • Familiarity with marketing operations, content management workflows, and digital marketing trends
