• Strive to be a student of your trade and learn the Oil and Gas business to connect with our workforce • Review resumes to understand candidate experience, knowledge, certifications, etc to quickly and efficiently identify individuals for current and potential clients • Source viable candidates for a variety of roles across multiple categories • Leverage internal network / platform for viable candidates • Recruit potential candidates outside of RigUp using a variety of sources • Sell potential candidates on the opportunity and value of RigUp to build pipeline of available workers in the energy market • Collaborate with sales partners and leadership plan and execute the top priorities including sourcing and submittal of candidates • Support the Workforce team in responding to questions or requests for workers • Provide market trends and insight based on recruiting and sourcing experience for the team to inform and educate clients
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in a customer or client facing role (e.g. recruiting, sales support, success, onboarding, etc.) • Must have 3+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry • Experience working with account manager/executives/sales teams • Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with varying deadlines • Ability to utilize multiple computer platforms at the same time for varying functions • Ability to maintain relationships through texting, (cold) calling, and flexible availability based on client base • Excellent ability to communicate both, written and verbally, with a variety of audiences • Exceptional responsiveness and the flexibility to address client needs beyond standard business hours
