📋 Description

• Complete design assignments related to building upgrades, maintenance, restoration, and rehabilitation of existing structures, as well as building envelope components for new construction projects. • Investigate and diagnose failures in existing building envelope systems and develop effective repair solutions. • Conduct constructability reviews and third-party peer reviews of plans, specifications, and construction documents. • Manage building envelope projects and multidisciplinary teams for both new and existing construction, ensuring quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) throughout project delivery. • Perform failure investigations and condition assessments of commercial and residential buildings and provide litigation support when required. • Research building histories, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements, including historical and current code provisions. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing schedules, budgets, and client expectations. • Prepare technical reports, condition assessments, repair designs, bid documents, specifications, addenda, change orders, and related construction documentation. • Conduct site visits, field observations, and construction phase services. • Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and technical expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: • - Building envelope design • - Building envelope investigations • - Construction document preparation • - Construction administration services • - Building construction project management • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit. • Strong report writing skills and demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, scopes, and schedules. • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams. • Strong critical thinking and sound professional judgment.
