📋 Description

• Transform complex data into actionable insights for revenue cycle leadership, internal stakeholders, and clients • Develop innovative and insightful Power BI dashboards • Use key business insights to enable well-informed organizational and client decisions • Help establish Power BI development standards, reusable templates, documentation practices, quality-assurance processes, and deployment controls • Provide technical guidance, peer reviews, and mentorship to analysts developing Power BI capabilities • Conduct in-depth data validation, transformation, and analysis to ensure data quality • Manage timelines and document processes to align with organizational objectives • Maintain metric definitions, workbook calculations, and data architecture documentation • Contribute to standardized workflows and best practices • Collaborate with Epic Clarity writers, client IT teams, data architects, business analysts, and end users • Gather requirements and translate operational needs into data strategies and solutions aligned with revenue and business objectives • Recommend enhancements to BI solutions and optimize analytics capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Model certification required • Power BI experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Data Engineering, or a related field • Three or more years of experience in healthcare analytics or business intelligence • Strong understanding of good data visualization and dashboard design principles • At least 3 years of experience developing, publishing, and maintaining production-level Power BI dashboards • Good communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions
