📋 Description

• Support end-to-end analytics projects across the Analytics Solutions team • Pull, clean, transform, and validate data • Extract key insights and communicate hypotheses to stakeholders • Write and optimize SQL queries in Databricks • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting experiences, including semantic models and DAX measures • Incorporate Claude and Databricks Genie into analytical workflows • Conduct exploratory funnel, cohort, and performance analyses • Surface KPIs and connect marketing investment to enrollment outcomes • Develop understanding of Risepoint’s data, systems, tools, processes, personnel, and strategic direction • Collaborate with senior Directors and VPs to communicate data insights and support data-informed decisions • Deliver reliable analyses, dashboards, and actionable recommendations • Work closely with a Director, Manager, and Analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Must be an active, enrolled student in Spring 2027 • Strong proficiency and/or working experience in SQL, Databricks, Excel modeling, Power BI, and data analysis • Demonstrated ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Prior internship/co-op experience preferred • Good communication and presentation skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and concurrent workstreams • Ability to maintain analytical accuracy under time pressure • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the January 2027 through June 2027 co-op period
