📋 Description

• Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets for engineering projects • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project alignment • Review technical drawings and specifications for compliance with project requirements and industry standards • Maintain project technical documentation, including plans, specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals • Monitor project progress and performance and provide regular updates to the Project Manager • Identify and mitigate potential risks and implement solutions • Support procurement by preparing requests for proposals and evaluating bids • Facilitate project-team communication and document project-related decisions and changes • Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance • Assist with project reports, presentations, and final deliverables • Contribute to project close-out activities and document lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) or a related field • 1-3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role within the construction or engineering industry • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards • Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality and safety • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed • Required to complete pre-employment screening, including professional reference checks and a criminal record check
