📋 Description

• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders • Support planning, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional initiatives • Track dependencies, blockers, risks, and team capacity and proactively address delivery issues • Work closely with Team Leads and stakeholders to keep priorities, ownership, and expectations clear • Identify opportunities to improve delivery workflows based on team needs and business context • Facilitate communication between teams and help align priorities and resolve delivery-related issues • Own delivery end to end, from understanding goals and dependencies to ensuring successful execution • Collaborate with a 30+ person Analytics department, multiple teams, Team Leads, and stakeholders across cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager in a product environment • Experience working with multiple teams or cross-functional projects • Experience in a fast-paced product environment with changing priorities and cross-team dependencies • Good understanding of planning, prioritization, capacity, scope, risk, and dependency management • Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar • Ability to demonstrate practical examples of delivery or process improvements personally initiated and explain their impact • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to adapt the approach to different teams and people • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive initiatives to completion • Proactivity, ownership, attention to detail, and understanding of business context • Nice to have: Experience working with development or analytics teams • Nice to have: Experience in iGaming, Gaming, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing • Nice to have: Experience improving or setting up delivery processes or workflow automation • Nice to have: Understanding of delivery metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Velocity, Burn-down, or Burn-up
