📋 Description

• Provide services to a diverse demographic of patients, with an average caseload of approximately 50 patients per week or 8–12 per day • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management • Develop personalized treatment plans • Deliver care via a telehealth platform • Offer guidance to peers and supervisors • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings • Exemplify Rivia Mind's values and collaborative approach • Maintain clinical autonomy while working within a multidisciplinary team • Contribute to clinical training initiatives, quality improvement projects, and potential supervisory or leadership activities • Collaborate with the Medical Director; no supervisees assigned • Work a mutually agreed schedule; no on-call or weekend requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Board-Certified Psychiatrist; Board-Eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry • Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school • Completed a Psychiatry residency program, including diverse rotations including Primary Care within the training program • Active and in good standing Medical Doctor license in at least one of: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts • Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine and a DEA number for at least one approved state • Proven experience and desire to support Psychotherapy treatment • Experience with psychotherapy modalities such as CBT or DBT • Experience working with patients in an outpatient setting • Telehealth/telemedicine experience • Ability to prescribe medications • Ability to confidently and efficiently document concurrently within patient sessions • Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills • Patient education and diagnosis/treatment planning skills • Proficiency with Google Suite, company-wide platforms/software, and EHR platforms when applicable • Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude • Interest in growing into a Supervisory/Leadership role • Psychodynamic modality experience preferred • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is unavailable
