📋 Description

• Perform work within the Strategy Practice and other Heller Consulting practice areas as needed • Gather requirements, research AI solutions, conduct fit-gap analyses, develop change and implementation roadmaps, map processes, facilitate decision-making, and write and deliver analyses and recommendations • Identify client business strategies and day-to-day operations to determine where AI can have strategic impact • Evaluate and recommend Anthropic tools and other AI solutions suited to client needs, capacity, and goals • Translate client requirements and desired outcomes into written requirements for Heller's engineering team to build agents, bots, and other AI-enabled solutions • Translate complex technical concepts, AI terminology, and engineering considerations for non-technical clients and stakeholders • Communicate project status, next steps, and emerging issues with clients, vendors, partners, and project team members • Bridge clients and Heller's engineering team to ensure requirements and technical trade-offs are understood • Navigate organizational, interpersonal, industry partner, and vendor obstacles to deliver project objectives • Contribute to Heller's knowledgebase, including AI solution research, use cases, and lessons learned • Participate in, contribute to, and/or lead initiatives around Heller's AI services and internal AI use cases • Continuously research AI market news, trends, and developments affecting business and the nonprofit sector

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience working in the nonprofit or higher education sector • Experience in an AI-focused position • Demonstrated knowledge of AI solutions and tools, including Anthropic's product suite • Strong interest in staying current on the AI landscape • Experience with technology selection and management • Experience leading, planning, managing, and implementing change • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts and jargon into concise, clear, and direct language for non-technical audiences • History of successfully managing work across multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines, priorities, and client requirements • No sponsorships available for this position • Ability to work in one of the four continental U.S. time zones during regular Monday–Friday business hours
