📋 Description

• Own end-to-end post-close integration for each new acquisition from close through stabilization • Partner with acquisition management teams to implement strategies driving revenue growth and profitability • Establish integration project boards in Monday.com and run weekly management cadences • Drive operations, team/capacity, technology, and finance workstreams • Execute and refine the Growth & Integration Playbook using lessons learned • Consolidate dispatching, scheduling, customer data, and service delivery into a standard operating model • Stage technology rollouts, migrate data, and onboard acquired companies onto the unified platform • Coordinate accounting system migration, banking transition, AP/AR consolidation, and financial reporting standardization with the CFO • Ensure acquired entities are on financial infrastructure within 90 days of close • Manage HR integration, including payroll transition, benefits enrollment, HR policy alignment, and organizational structure design • Produce weekly integration status reports for the CEO and PE sponsor • Flag overdue items, escalate blockers, and drive decisions through appropriate channels • Build pre-close integration readiness materials with the VP of Strategic Operations and M&A counsel

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of industry experience implementing systems and processes • Demonstrated experience owning integration workstreams across operations, finance, HR, and technology • Strong project management skills and ability to manage a 60–90 task integration plan across 10+ stakeholders • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt the integration playbook while maintaining discipline • Strong change management instincts • Willingness to travel 70%+ to acquired company locations during the first 3–6 months post-close • Preferred: Experience working with PE sponsors and PE-level reporting cadences • Preferred: Working knowledge of financial integration, accounting system migrations, AP/AR consolidation, banking transitions, and HR/payroll transitions • Preferred: Experience building and refining M&A integration playbooks • Preferred: Background in buy-and-build acquisition strategies with 3+ integrations • Preferred: Exposure to Monday.com or similar project management tools
