📋 Description

• Own relationships with Operating or Non-Operating leadership and act as a trusted business advisor • Prepare financial analysis and models and support senior leadership team members • Lead ad hoc projects, including building models in Adaptive Planning and designing/developing Domo dashboards • Maintain understanding of the global financial data governance model for the assigned portfolio • Propose enhancements to the financial data model based on business knowledge and collaboration with stakeholders • Monitor and enhance KPI reporting strategy • Lead and consolidate the Annual Operating Plan process, including analysis, templates, reports, and executive presentations • Recommend performance targets and ensure plans support agreed targets • Integrate with recruiting, compensation, real estate, and procurement processes to align spending and investments with approved budgets • Support Corporate Accounting analyses, including cost rate reviews • Lead business initiatives supporting simplification, FP&A metric conformance, business growth, and productivity • Drive process improvements using financial best practices • Provide business leaders with information, data, analysis, and insights for data-driven decisions • Partner with senior business leaders on financial and capital budgeting, forecasting, and high-value analysis • Assist Senior Executive Management in monitoring long-term strategic plans • Create and deliver management reports and dashboards • Collaborate with peer groups and reporting/BI teams to ensure reporting consistency • Communicate plan-versus-actual variations and projected impacts to senior management • Support training of senior field leadership through financial models, demos, and training materials • Participate in approved and ad-hoc financial projects • Support requests for information used in internal and external reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is required • Foundational understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements/guidelines, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act • 5+ years’ experience within Corporate FP&A Function • Experience in public company, Fortune 500 environment strongly preferred • MS Office, including Intermediate/Advanced skills in Excel • Excellent planning, organization, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills • Foundational understanding of financial statements and metrics and how to translate them into operational goals • Ability to manage processes and tasks and meet deadlines • Agility to work in an environment with rapidly changing priorities • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and synthesize all types of information for timely and effective business impact • Good written and oral communication skills and ability to present to Senior Executive Leadership • Ability to work collaboratively across a variety of cross-functional teams • Successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment
